Our Parent Teacher Partnership board just started using PTboard this summer. It’s only been a few months and already it’s been phenomenal! We aren’t using all the features yet, but volunteer sign-up has been our biggest win so far using PTboard. Our old website didn’t have a volunteer sign-up so that meant our parents had an account to be a member on our website plus another login they had to remember for a separate website when we needed volunteers. Our parents don’t need to do that anymore! We are excited to start using the payment feature as well when we need monetary donations for teacher appreciation luncheons. We are also loving the calendar. It is easy to see what events are coming up with the sidebar on the homepage. PTboard has so many features that help our PTP run more efficiently. Customer service is also top notch when I have had questions. It is a one-stop shop for all our needs and the best part? They cost so much less than what we were paying with our old website! PTboard has been a game changer for us. Ptboard was at an annual state conference I went to; the representative took her time explaining everything to me and even let me play around on the demo mode on the laptop that was there. After presenting it to the board we voted to switch. What we like best about it is that it is really everything in one place; one site does it all emails/announcement, sales, auction, calendar, etc. After our first year we got great feedback from parents and teachers that it was very easy to navigate and use. When I see people asking about websites in different groups I am in, I also recommended ptboard and when they use my school name as a referral both school get a year free, best referral program.
